A New Chapter

Are you ready for a new chapter in your life? In order to move forward into the blessings God has for you, you have to be willing to let go of the old. The things that are behind you are not nearly as important as what is out in front of you. It’s time to get ready for the “new”!

You may have had some unfair things happen, things that you don’t understand. But let me tell you, you have come too far to stop now. Instead of allowing those things to hold you back, why don’t you let go and take a step of faith into the new? It’s time to get a new, bigger vision; it’s time to get a new, fresher outlook; it’s time to rise up with a new attitude! Instead of settling where you are, pick up and move forward. Have the attitude that says, “I may not understand it; it may not have been fair, but I am not getting stuck on this page. I know God has a new chapter for me — a chapter filled with blessings, favor and victory!”

A Prayer for Today

Father God, thank You for Your faithfulness in my life. Today, I choose to trust You with my past, present and future. Give me wisdom to discern the seasons of my life and teach me to embrace the new things You have in store for me in Jesus’ name. Amen.

About Mr. I Speak Life

Author, Motivational Speaker, Lover of Life, Voice for those who are weak. Jody Kentrell Young was born to Germaine D. Caldwell & Nathaniel Triggs, in Houma, Louisiana. He accepted Jesus at the very young age of 12. He was baptized by the Rev Thomas Williams Jr, the pastor of Morning Star Baptist Church, Thibodaux, LA. Even though over the years he strayed away from the church body, he never lost his love for Jesus. During his absence he continued to seek God’s face and to find God’s will for his life. Through the prayers and support of his family he became a graduate of Alfred Bonnable High School in Kenner, Louisiana. He then went on to study Business Administration in College. Jody is also currently employed with The US Small Business Administration. In November of 2007 God spoke to his heart to relocate to Arkansas. Not knowing what lied ahead of him or what was going to be, he moved out of obedience. In September of 2008 Jody answered the call of God into ministry by attending Changed Life's School of Ministry, and was licensed by Bishop Dwayne Robinson. Under his leadership he has grown tremendously while God showed him the potential he had within himself leading Bishop Robinson to ordain and release him onto the battle field on July 12, 2009. Jody has a desire to see lost souls saved. He is the founder and overseer of Abundant Living Outreach Ministry which was a weekly teleconference bible study, where he ministered and encouraged believers and non-believers to seek, trust and obey and to hear and do the will of the Lord. He is the co-founder and Overseer of Faith In Action International Ministries, which is a ministry that is geared toward moving individuals into their purpose and destiny by placing their future in the hands of God. He has served as an armor bearer at Change Life as well as their Evangelism & Activities Coordinator. He is the past National Vice President of the men's department for The Holyway Spiritual Inter-Denominational Fellowship as well as their Chief Newsletter Editor. On March 12, 2012, Jody published his first book titled, 30 Days of Faith In Action which launched his writing career. Since his first book he has authored three others such as; I Heart God, Prayer Bullets & Faith Found. He is definitely a new millennium preacher; and he believes that there are neither walls nor boundaries that will ever hinder the word from reaching the lost. Jody never misses the opportunity to share the love of Christ with anyone whether it be by word, thought or deed. Through all the storms and the rain God has kept his word, He has never left him nor forsaken him. God has certainly been on his side. He is an Awesome person that is on a mission to heal the world one person at a time.
